We are seeking a senior tanner with 8+ years of experience in mineral or vegetable tannage of exotic skins. You will:
- Lead one of our three tannage lines.
- Calibrate proprietary drum recipes.
- Document tannage outcomes for the hide passport system.
- Mentor apprentices and junior tanners.
Ideal candidates have direct experience with crocodile or alligator hides at a maison-level quality standard.
